Do you offer a warranty on your luggage?
Yes, all Monos suitcases come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers cracks in the shell, broken wheels, handles, or zippers that result from manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused luggage in its original packaging within 100 days for a full refund.
How do I clean and maintain my Monos bags?
For the polycarbonate shell, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For our nylon and vegan leather bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals.
How long does shipping take?
